Quad Cities Aesthetics is an advertising platform and directory that connects users with independent medical spas and aesthetic providers in the Quad Cities area (Iowa and Illinois). We do not provide medical services, advice, or treatments.

3. Limitation of Liability

Quad Cities Aesthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service.

Our service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Quad Cities Aesthetics has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

5. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Scott County, Iowa.
